M\u00e4rz 2026 findet wieder ein Vorbereitungslehrgang f\u00fcr Kukkiwon Danpr\u00fcfungen statt. Alle, die eine offizielle Pr\u00fcfung f\u00fcr einen Kukkiwon Dan ablegen m\u00f6chten, k\u00f6nnen an diesem Lehrgang teilnehmen. Das Programm richtet sich nach der jeweiligen Stufe der Teilnehmer und bietet alle relevanten Techniken und Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr das Bestehen der n\u00e4chsten (oder ersten) Danpr\u00fcfung an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geleitet wird der Lehrgang von GM Dr. Norbert Mosch, 9. Dan und GM Mag. Guther Attarpour, 8. Dan.Im Detail werden die folgenden Bereiche trainiert und gefestigt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grundtechniken nach Kukkiwon-Standard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poomsae bis zur angestrebten Danpr\u00fcfung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pflicht-Techniksequenzen f\u00fcr h\u00f6here Dangrade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hosinsul Basistechniken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doppel- und Mehrfachkicks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprungkicks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vorbereitung f\u00fcr Bruchtests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mindestgraduierung f\u00fcr die Teilnahme ist der 1. Kup. Kosten f\u00fcr das Vorbereitungstraining: \u20ac 180.- pro Person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine offizielle Kukkiwon Danpr\u00fcfung findet einen Monat sp\u00e4ter am 11.
